• 1984 Catalina 25, 4' draft fin keel, 2016 9.8 Tohatsu Long Shaft 4 stroke Outboard is in great condition with electric start and alternator. New mainsail in 2022 and jib in 2021.

• 30amp AC power and 12v DC power, both of which are in working order. With two new in 2021 marine batteries, a battery gauge, and battery charger.

• Freshly restored teak, along with a propane stove that uses 1lb propane cylinders. Interior and exterior lights, depth sounder and compass, have been replaced.

•  All plumbing is in working order, with two sinks, a galley sink with pressure water, and a head sink with a working Whaler hand pump. The head/toilet is in working order, as is the air conditioning.

• The Pop-top cabin gives 6' head room when up, includes a cabin cover to protect the boat when stored and new Bimini top.

• The running rigging and standing rigging are in good shape, with two speed winches.

• The cushions, including the main cabin, and cockpit cushion, are in good shape.

•  This boat is ready to sail with virtually everything working and ready for an adventure.
